feeling good....

So, Snowboard Girl and Head Pigeons joined the non-blogging husband and I for the weekly cuisine and survivor Thursday evening affair. I cooked an apricot glazed pork loin with a side salad and basmati rice with herbs (thyme, basil and some chopped green onions w/ parmesan sprinkled on top). It was good. There is no pork loin left for lunch tomorrow.

This weekend I will be engulfed in research paper and unix final college stuff. Perfect for a weekend that will probably have a ton of snow dumped. Except that I'd rather be skiing.
