fond and cheesy memories from childhood

I used to watch Battlestar Gallactica. I watched it religiously. I've been trying to figure out why. Then I realized: Starbuck and Apollo. Starbuck was definitely my number one choice, cause he was the devil-may-care (re: bad boy) of the two. Did I even watch it for anything else?? I can't remember and it doesn't matter now. I even think he may have been my first crush on an actor, I was what, 9, when it aired.

And now it's back, without Dirk Benedict, as a mini-series on the Sci Fi Channel. And yes, the TiVo is ready to record it. Wonder who I'll get a crush on this time....
