narcs now have a boy scout badge

If you are in Los Angeles and are a boy scout and want to earn another badge, you can now earn the Respect Copyrights Activity Badge. This is how the MPAA wants to fight illegal copying of materials. Uh-huh. At least you'll know who you won't be sharing files with.
