My good friend Iwan is raising money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society by training and participating in their Gulf Coast Half Ironman (He did it three years ago). When he participated then, he ran for loved ones of donators who were afflicted with this disease. This time he's running for four of his good friends with the disease.
