Question that came up during the trip: Will the New York-New York hotel in Las Vegas ban trans fats? We think that would be high-sterical.

Clue-ments:
everyone's going to ban trans fats.
it's just a matter of when and how quickly.
MA, CT and RI legislatures
are already planning state wide bans.
Starbucks is already moving to remove trans fats
from all their baked goods
on the assumption
that soon most markets will require it.
