trick or treating question

If you buy snack size candy bars, do you give out one or two? Do you start with two and then go to one when you run low? Or do you just start with one?

Clue-ments:

I give one early on so I know I'll have enough. Then I panic and give as many as possible so that I have no leftovers to eat for the rest of the week.

poz - I went back and forth. First I was giving two. Then I freaked that I wouldn't have enough so I gave one. Then I freaked that I'd have some left and started giving two. We had some left. I took it to work the next morning.

Usually I do it the way you do, Poz. But this year I was giving 2 or more to the cute little kids and 1 to the bigger kids who were looking a little too old to be trick-or-treating. But we didn't get as many kids as I thought we would and now we have way more left over than I would like. I meant for Bob to take it to work, but I think he forgot it.

Donna - Once we were done with handing out candy, I immediately put the leftovers in a plastic grocery bag and put them in my backpack! Didn't want those nasty things around me!!
