i knew it
36 million drivers would flunk drivers tests
"Illinois, Georgia, Washington, D.C., Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island and Massachusetts were the least knowledgeable states overall, with average scores under 75 percent."
See my list of driving habits of Massholes for further info as to how I feel. An addition to the list: "Yield" means YIELD to the oncoming traffic.

Clue-ments:
Wow, now the numbers show what I knew when I moved here. Every state I've moved to (MN, IL, IN then MA) required me to retake the written test to get a driver's license there - except Massachusetts (but MA cost almost twice as much!)
'Already been side swiped by a left turner pulling out. I wasn't expecting the oncoming traffic to stop for this driver. Should we require brake lights in the front!?
