it's not ok
You know when you swipe your card through the little machine and it says, "Your charge is $34.50, ok?" and you have to press "Yes" or "No"? What if it's not ok? What if I don't like having to pay for stuff? Why do they ask me if it's ok to spend money when I would rather prefer to get things for free?

Clue-ments:
I will answer your rhetorical question:
It's so that the cashier doesn't charge you $2,000 instead of $20.

Poz - Yeah, I've just thought it might be nice to have it say something like, "plz confirm"...:-)

At least you can say "No". There are a lot of computer programs that pop up dialogs like "Delete Everything?" with a single "[OK]" button. Now THAT's useful.

A former colleague confused a big group of users when he added a third option to a "No/Yes" dialogue box; "Maybe"...!
When the "Maybe" was selected, another box popped up saying: "Maybe is not an answer! Select either YES or NO!" ;-)
