the happening
We went to The Happening last night. Thoughts in the extended entry. We're going to see Hulk this afternoon.
It was great until the ending. Then it blew chunks. I won't want to own this on DVD. When Marky Mark and Zooey started walking towards each other in the field, supposedly exposing themselves to "The Happening", I was done.
I think Mess summed it up nicely: "It was great until the Michael Crichton ending."
Yeah.

It felt to me like he got tired of writing this movie so he just stopped. The thing is, that it could have ended so much better. But it wasn't. and that sucked because I thought it was good until that point.
I was interested in the M Night Sh??????? (Like I am going to get the spelling of his name right) goes green theme. And if it ended better, them that would have been good. But, well see above.
I would not recommend paying more than $5 for this movie.

mess - we went and saw incredible hulk yesterday. don't bother. BORING. I don't know what it is with this last weekend, but pretty much everything we saw (except BSG) sucked.

I wasn't fired up about hulk. Didn't plan on going to see that one.
I'm thinking that Dark Knight and one other might be the end of the summer movie season for me.
