not my first thought
So, I looked on our intranet to determine how to apply for short-term disability for my surgery. In big font "Apply for STD" right there on the homepage...... I was giggling most of the morning.

mess - that seems like the right area. or i could just let them report it themselves to the local community health organizations. course, it probably depends on which one i pick.....
