Bull - You're welcome. It just amazes me. There are times where rhetoric serves one when trying to sway an audience to their side. When it comes to the subject of child rapists, that's not the time. People are already sensitive about the topic to begin with. _If_ he had a valid point as to why he's against the mandatory prison time that is being recommended, it's lost.
