ingrid betancourt freed
I read her book, Until Death Do Us Part. Shortly after I finished reading it she was abducted. The book was moving, inspiring and gave insight to Columbian politics for someone like me who doesn't know much about it. I've kept tabs on her always wondering when (if) she was going to be released. I'm very happy for her and her family. She's one woman who wanted to change the country she loved and put her money where her mouth is: get inside the system and try to change it. And when she was starting to get too powerful, Farc rebels kidnapped her. I wonder what she's going to do next.....
